Course vision:

Empowering participating individuals with tools they can take away

to safely release Trauma from their system,

eventually without a facilitator present



There are various highly effective ways to release long held traumatic memories from our systems, different healing modalities such as facilitated transformational breath work, EFT (emotional Freedom technique) and TRE (Trauma Releasing Exercises).

They help individuals release stress or tension as a result of difficult life circumstances, immediate or prolonged stressful situations, or traumatic life experiences.

TRE for example consists of six simple exercises that help individuals release tension from the muscles, which in turn enables the (facilitated) release of penned up emotional energy, relaxing the anxiety of our minds. 

all consciously invited by evoking a muscular shaking process in the body.
The exercises elicit this shaking in a controlled and sustained manner.

When evoked in this way, this shaking begins to release deep chronic muscular tension held within the body.

Requirements:        Please bring your own Mat

Duration:               1 hours

Course Facilitator: Various (some sessions will be provided by external                                                 accredited TRE Facilitators)
